Trade supply
Most of what we ship goes to builders, developers and fit-out contractors rather than to homeowners. If that is you, a few things work differently.
Pricing
Everything on this site can be shown ex VAT — use the toggle at the top of any price. Trade pricing is against volume and account status rather than a published discount, so send the schedule and we will price it properly.
What we need to price a job
- The window and door schedule, or a marked-up drawing.
- Opening sizes, or a note that they are still to be confirmed on site.
- Finish — standard colour or a specified RAL.
- Any performance requirement: PAS 24, FD30, Part M thresholds, acoustic or solar control glass.
- When you need it on site, and whether that is one delivery or several.
Deliveries
We can hold an order and release it in phases against a programme rather than dropping the whole schedule on you on day one — useful when there is nowhere dry to store forty windows. Say so when you place the order.
Site measurements
On supply only the sizes are yours. If you would rather we surveyed, we can, and it becomes a line on the quote. On a phased job the usual arrangement is that we survey the openings once they are formed and before first fix.
Certification
Supply-only orders are not covered by a competent person scheme, so the building control notification sits with whoever is running the job. If we install, we certify.
