Structural opening width and height, and a photo if you have one. No survey, no appointment, no salesperson at your kitchen table.

We price it and confirm
A written price with the specification on it, and a real delivery date. If something in your measurements does not add up, we query it before anything is cut.

We build it
Made to your sizes in our standard range. Standard colours are what hold the one-week turnaround.

Delivered — or fitted
Delivered to your address or collected from Birmingham. If you want it fitted, that is booked separately and priced on the same quote.
Why this is quicker
The factory was never the bottleneck.
A door set takes hours to build. The eight to twelve weeks everyone quotes is mostly queue — waiting for a surveyor, then waiting for a fitting slot. Buy supply only and both queues disappear.
Common questions
Do you sell windows and doors supply only?
Yes — that is the main thing we do. You give us the sizes, we make the product and deliver it. Installation is available on any order but it is priced separately, so you are never paying for fitting you did not want.
How long does supply only take?
About a week for standard products in standard colours. Special RAL colours, made-to-measure joinery and specified hardware take longer, and we give you a real date before you pay rather than an optimistic one.
Why is everyone else quoting 8 to 12 weeks?
Because most of that time is queue rather than manufacturing — waiting for a surveyor, then waiting for a fitting slot. Supply only removes both queues. The factory was never the bottleneck.
Do you install as well?
Yes. Installation is available on any order as a separate line on the quote. The product still arrives on the supply lead time; the fitting date depends on our diary and your area.
Who notifies building control on a supply-only order?
You do. Replacement windows and external doors are notifiable work, and with no registered installer involved there is no FENSA or CERTASS self-certification. If we install, we certify.
What size do I order to?
The structural opening — brick to brick, and lintel to cill. Measure in three places and use the smallest. Do not deduct a fitting tolerance yourself; we do that at our end.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, across mainland UK, with collection available from our unit in Birmingham. Delivery cost depends on the area and the size of the order.
Can I see prices without giving you my details?
Yes. Prices are published on the product pages and you can switch between inc and ex VAT. We would rather you knew the number before you spoke to anyone.
