How we work

You tell us about the job. We match it to an installer who covers your postcode and does that kind of work — a bi-fold specialist for a bi-fold, an emergency glazier for a break-in. They survey, quote and fit; we stay involved until the job is signed off.

That model exists because glazing is genuinely local. Nobody drives a van 200 miles to hang a window, and anyone claiming a single national fitting team is not describing how this trade actually works.

What we won't do

• No pressure sellingNo 'today only' discounts, no four-hour sales appointments, no manager on the phone from the car.
• No selling you a window when you need a repairA misted unit is a £75–£190 fix, not a new window, and we will tell you so.
• No hiding the specEvery quote states the whole-window U-value, whether fitting and making good are included, and whether it is FENSA or CERTASS certified.
