What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the detail of what you are asking about. We do not buy or append data about you from anywhere else.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and quote your job. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked us for a price — or the steps taken before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Nobody outside the companies that make and deliver your order. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not pass it to third-party lead buyers.

Processors

Enquiry forms are handled by Web3Forms, which relays the message to us by email. The site is hosted by Netlify. Traffic is measured with Google Analytics using aggregated reporting.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us processing it. Email sales@aluminiumwindowsuk.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
