When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and — if you give them — your email address, postcode and a description of the work you need. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at.
We use it to contact you about your enquiry and to pass it to the installer who will quote your job. We don't sell your details to third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to handle the job and meet our legal obligations, and then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email {em} and we'll action it.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting anything on this site.
