Supply only means we make the product to your sizes and deliver it. That is the whole model, and it is why the lead time is a week rather than three months.

Standard products in standard finishes. Special colours and made-to-measure joinery take longer — you get a firm date before you pay.
What you send us
Three things: the structural opening size, the design code from the catalogue, and the finish. Add a photograph of the opening if you have one — it lets us spot problems before anything is cut.
What comes back
A written price with the specification on it and a delivery date. Not a "from" price, not a salesperson, not an appointment.
What arrives
The complete unit — frame, leaf or sash, hinges, locking, handles and glazing, already assembled and glazed. You are fitting one item into one hole, not building it up on site.
What you are taking on
Being straight about this matters more than the sales pitch. On supply only, the measurements are yours, and a frame made 15mm too wide is a remake rather than a warranty claim. You also pick up the building control notification, the waste, and the making good. A written price with the specification on it, and a real delivery date. If something in your measurements does not add up, we query it before anything is cut.

Made to your sizes in our standard range. Standard colours are what hold the one-week turnaround.

Delivered — or fitted
Delivered to your address or collected from Birmingham. If you want it fitted, that is booked separately and priced on the same quote.
