Send your sizes, get a written price
Send the design code and the structural opening size and you get a written price with the specification and a real delivery date on it — normally the same working day. There is no survey, no appointment and nobody comes to your house.
1. When would it actually arrive?
Type your postcode. This is the same distance data the delivery pages run on, so the answer here and the answer there cannot disagree.
Delivery bands describe the run after manufacture. Making the product is about a week for standard items in standard finishes.
2. Build the specification
Every box you fill is one fewer email between you and a price. Nothing here is required — it just makes the answer faster and more accurate.

3. Send it

What happens next
- Same working day, usually. A written price with the specification on it, not a range and not a "from" figure.
- You check it. Sizes, finish, glazing, opening direction and the delivery date are all on the quote. Nothing is ordered until you say so.
- Into production. About a week for standard products in standard finishes; longer for special RAL colours and made-to-measure joinery, and you get a firm date before you pay.
- Delivered, or collected. Check it on the vehicle and note anything on the paperwork before the driver leaves.
On a supply-only order you notify building control yourself and pay their fee — there is no FENSA or CERTASS certificate because no registered installer was involved. What that means in practice. If we install, we certify.
Getting a price — questions
How fast do I get the price back?
Normally the same working day. It comes as a written quotation with the specification, the sizes and a delivery date on it — not a verbal range.
Do I have to have a survey?
No. That is the point of supply only. You measure the structural opening, we make it to that size. If you want us to install, we will check the sizes before production.
What if I get the size wrong?
Measure in three places and give us the smallest figure — we take the fitting tolerance off at our end. If you are unsure, send a photo with the numbers and we will sanity-check them.
Can I order without knowing the design code?
Yes. Describe it or send a photo of what you have now. The code just makes it faster.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on the product. Delivery is priced by area and load size, so a single unit carries a delivery charge a full house effectively absorbs.
Do you price for trade?
Yes — ex-VAT trade pricing on the same lead time. Tell us you are trade when you send the sizes.
