Door handles and hardware.
Look for a TS007 1-star cylinder in a 2-star handle, or a 3-star cylinder on its own. That is the combination that resists snapping, which is how most uPVC and composite doors are actually defeated — not by kicking the panel in.

Send your sizes
Structural opening width and height, and a photo if you have one. No survey, no appointment, no salesperson at your kitchen table.

We price it and confirm
A written price with the specification on it, and a real delivery date. If something in your measurements does not add up, we query it before anything is cut.

Made to your sizes in our standard range. Standard colours are what hold the one-week turnaround.

Delivered — or fitted
Delivered to your address or collected from Birmingham. If you want it fitted, that is booked separately and priced on the same quote.
Door furniture — questions we get asked
What is an anti-snap cylinder?
A cylinder with a sacrificial section that breaks off under attack, leaving the locking mechanism intact and the door still shut. Look for TS007 3-star, or 1-star paired with a 2-star security handle.
Does the handle finish have to match the hinges?
It does not have to, but it looks considered when it does. Most people match handle, letterplate, knocker and numerals and leave the hinges as supplied.
Can I change the handle later?
Usually yes, provided the new handle has the same spindle and screw centres. Send a photo of the existing one and we will tell you.
Do fire doors need special letterplates?
Yes — an intumescent letterplate that seals the aperture in a fire. A standard one voids the rating.
Is a spyhole worth fitting?
On any front door without a sidelight or a window onto the porch, yes. It is a few pounds and it means answering the door is a choice rather than a surprise.
