Anthracite grey, RAL 7016, is far and away the most-ordered colour in Britain and has been for years. Black, RAL 9005, is the next. If you are unsure, ask for a sample before you commit — a colour on a screen is not a colour on a door in daylight.This page shows only the colour swatch designs. What is RAL 7016?
Anthracite grey — the most-ordered window and door colour in the UK. It reads as a very dark warm grey rather than a flat black.
Can I have a different colour inside and out?
On aluminium, yes. On uPVC you are choosing from foil options rather than specifying freely, but dual-sided foils exist.
Do special colours cost more?
Yes, and they take longer, because the frame goes through powder coating as a one-off rather than coming from coated stock. We will price and date it before you order.
